Step How to Update OTA zip Firmware to OPPO mobile
Download OTA Update and Copy Zip To SD card and Insert In Phone.

Reboot Phone In Recovery Mode Using Key Combination.

In power off OPPO phone press Hold both Power on and Volume Button

From Recovery Click On Install Zip From SDcard and Choose OTA Update Zip

Click Yes To Install and Wait Few Minutes To Done and After Follow Screen Options.

Thanks to ROM Link , without this i can't revive the problem of this device, Download ROM link is credit to oppo.com/en/supports

If you did not need full rom or OTA file, There is alternative Firmware to Soft-reset the OPPO Joy Rom via MTK flasher tool just load the scatter file via SP Flash Tool or other tool which support scatter file.
It will delete all  saves userdata even password/frp will remove.

Do it at your own risk, After flashed the device is set automatic in reset condition, All your user data is lost.
