This firmware was i test to same device that have problem of boot-loop, Its 100% tested when i flash using Chinese miracle II dongle MTK tool, As see on logs that finish flash in 4:57 minutes after this remove the from Usb and reconnect the battery and power-on, You must wait 3-5 minutes on logo and you see welcome screen and the device is ready to use

Answer   : Yes!, this firmware is scatter base ROM can be flash using free tool like SP Flash Tool, use latest version or safe flash - Mota Siu Like
