The Device has a Problem of " To start your android enter your password", After removing a google verification and Pattern Lock using CM2 MTK tools

As far as i Know, if the Android system is Oreo or 8.0, The system has a security feature even after removing the FRP and Resetting using a Tool software.

Here a share the Firmware for Flare P3 plus which can remove the Password startup security.

The file contains and can load to SP flash Tool version much better use MRT software tool.
If you not have, the Free tool may use is SP Flash Tool v5.1540.00.000.
