This Firmware  T231XXU0ANE2_OJV0ANE2  was i already flash to  SM-T231 Samsung Tab with the problem on hang on logo on samsung, First step i reboot to recovery via power+volume up+home button and make it hard reset clear userdata ang factory defaults sucess but the tablet is still Hang problem remain.
So i decide to Flash the tablet using this firmware ROM via Odin tools v3.09

The firmware i download was have 4 Files with PIT, you can read above at Content files folder
but i Flash only AP files for safe flash and the result a Victory success the Tablet was now in good condition.
After success flash you see on figure of tools above, The Tablet automatically reboot and wait about 2-5 minutes to see a welcome screen for 1st use.
Meaning its restore to factory ROM setup, Do it at your own risk, After flashing ! the device is set automatic in reset condition, All user data is lost.
Make sure back-up important data before to proceed flashing your phone.
