This Flare S4 Mini Firmware PAC Firmware Rom is back-up using CM2 Spreadtrum tool and perform by me and already converted to PAC files.

Be sure you read and understand the information/Version, project ROM backup Firmware and step by step of tools before proceeding to program your device to avoid problem after flashed.

      hello, you can flash it yes! but dont full flash uncheck the u-boot-spl-16k.bin, boot.img to prevent black screen, Please read the "How to safe flash/Reprogram your device" above...
