This device when arrived in my shop have a problem of Mcafee PIN and already zero attempted.
First thing i do is to check if have a Download mode by pressing hold volume up and connect the phone to USB-PC, But there is another problem,

The LG G3 F400K Emergency/Download mode is disabled by kill switch.

What is a KILL SWITCH is a software security used to shut down or disable a device or program. The purpose of a kill switch is usually either to prevent theft of a device or data or as a means of shutting down the connectivity in an emergency.

It can't detected by any of my tool software, But there is a way to remove that to enable the Download mode or emergency mode by my Paid tool "Octoplus LG Tool".
The process of this is in the procedure manual of the Octoplus LG Tool software and hardware setup of the device to bypass or turn in off  the software security of  kill switch.

which the small Pinout the no.2 is short the ground, Attach testpoint as shown on, and connect phone with Micro USB cable (don´t use USB hubs!).
Check PC Device Manager, a new device should appear "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008" or "Unknown Device" if you hadn´t installed a driver. Drivers are in Driver download
and Follow software instructions (prompts).

When the device is detected by your pc as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 in port
Press immediately the Button of software

Then reconnect the battery and re-insert the USB PC cable while holding volume up button of device.
The result is the LG phone now have download mode ready to accepting the flashing mode.


After flashed the device all of security is reset to factory mode all user data including mcafee account is removed.
Note: Please, make sure the phone's battery is fully charged. Disconnect all other devices from the computer (including phones, modems, etc.) and close all other running programs.
To avoid errors in the flashing process, use a clean PC (without any installed drivers for other Qualcomm-based devices).
You should not run any other programs or attach new devices to your computer during the flashing! Please, follow these simple precautions to avoid damaging your phone.

Note: Please, don't upgrade/downgrade firmware version, if it is not necessary.
         Downgrade may lead to phone damage!
         Writing phone firmware is at your own risk..

How to find your Exact firmware is simple .. Copy the IMEI serial number found on back of phone or type key on dialer of phone *#06# , it is a 15 digit and paste on this and download Kdz file ROM that supported also a lot of Flasher tool of LG phones.
