I search on net and found this Starmobile_Play_Plus_08_20160905 PAC, the ROM is PAC file But this is not same version to my repair.
As a same if i work, before i program device i back-up full first the Firmware of my repair using Cm2 SPD tool before flash the ROM i using for future purposes if i encountered problem after flashed this i found on net.
I modified the firmware before i flash to the device by removing the System.img file of Starmobile_Play_Plus_06_20160721 of my backup and I place/move the system.img file of downloaded Starmobile_Play_Plus_08_20160905 to my backup ROM.
This modified is flash the system.img only of rom not touch other orig file version because mine in hand is V06 but the version i found on net is V08
The ROM is not back-up of mine but i used already thanks to the rightful uploader
Be sure you read and understand the information/Version, project ROM backup Firmware and step by step of tool you may using before proceeding to program your device to avoid problem after flashed.
FREE TOOL MAY USE
If you don't have Paid tool i used (Chinese Miracle II), you can use PAC image flasher like Research Download.
Recommend : For newbie user must uncheck the repartition and check update nvm for safe program via SPD Upgrade Tool which is found given link.
