Once you have problem-related on software problem Hang, no power, password, pattern lock , anything about software related, You can use this tool as a live update by using this tool via an internet connection

First, before start flash your phone need to prepare

• Battery at least 50% charge
• Stable PC power and good USB cable
• Stable and strong Internet connection
• Be sure you select proper model
• BACKUP your important data after flash it restores to factory default
• Do it at your own risk

To install ALCATEL Mobile Software Upgrade, your PC must has the following system requirements at least: 

• CPU: Equal to Pentium 300 MHZ or above. 
• RAM: 128M or above. 
• Hard Disk: 200MB or above. 
• Operation System: Windows 2000 / XP / Vista or latest
• USB port. 
• Internet connection.
• Support ALCATEL phone model:
• One Touch 890
• To connect your phone with your PC, you need the following product:
• One normal USB data cable.

Before starting the One touch Upgrade S application, we suggest you check the warning message on this page.

1. Please switch off your phone.

 2. Please don't connect your phone to the computer before starting the upgrade process.

 3. Please ensure that your phone's battery is fully charged in order to ensure that the battery does not run out of power during the upgrade process.

 4. The upgrade process will erase all your information in the phone. Before you start the application, we suggest you backup all your personal information in the phone by ALCATEL PC Suite.

 5. After the upgrade process has finished, the phone will be reset to the default setting. If your phone is default locked with Operator's SIM card, you may need to unlock your phone again.

Check Available Software Upgrade Package  

Now you can use the One Touch Upgrade S to upgrade your mobile phone software. Please don't connect your mobile phone to PC at first.

Step 1. Long press the phone's DIAL and Power key at the same time and keeping it pressed over 2S.

For different model type, the download key is different.         

Step 2. Plug in the USB cable to handset's USB port, connect the mobile phone to computer. One touch Upgrade S will scan your mobile phone and read some information from the handset for authentication.

If the available software package upgrades checking process finish successfully, you will be informed result as below. Unplug the mobile phone from the computer before you go to the next step. It is mandatory to start the mobile phone software upgrade process.

Summary how to upgrade your phones

Install the tools and lunch it, select your model brand in the list.
Then connect the phone in power off condition to USB PC port the tools automatic install driver
