Welcome to One Touch Upgrade (OTU). It is a system composed of several servers and application that allows any end user to upgrade his ALCATEL mobile phone software from his local side with his personal computer.

To connect your phone with your PC, you need the following product:

• One normal USB data cable. 

Basic step how to use as far i know in my experience.

1. Install the setup exe can download it below
2. Install Drivers can be found on X\ONE TOUCH Upgrade S 2.8.0\usb_driver
3. Run the ONE TOUCH Upgrade S 2.8.0 and select your model in List.
4. Be sure your internet connection well.
5. Be sure you have a battery charge at least 70%.
6. Connect the Phone via normal USB cable
7. Follow the Tools prompt to upgrade/repair software

Alcatel ONE TOUCH Upgrade S 2.8.0 can use to alcatel phones list about have problem about software related problem Hang, no power, password, pattern lock , infected by virus, anything about software related.
