I search on net and found this Samsung Tab3 clone AL-A13-751G REV5.0, the ROM is (IMG) file.
The ROM is not back-up of mine but i used already thanks to the rightful uploader, and the result after full flash is tested 100% all is ok even imei camera and wifi is also work to my device in hand as show image above.
