Phoenixsuit flasher Tools for All winner(A10 A13 A23 A33)

4. To boot device in download mode you must press 10 times the power on key while holding volume keys
5. Connect your device in the PC USB port
6. Install the Driver of your Phone (If you have already driver ignore this part)

7. Hold the boot key of device like hold volume down while pressing 10 times the power on the key then connecting to PC with battery.
8. The tools start to detect the device and starting to flash your mobile phone and wait until finish flash.
9. Reconnect the battery and restart your device.
