STEPS

1. Connect Sigma box to pc and the selected tab is Qcom > Unlock > Select Serial port.

2. Connect Power off device to usb port, Wait to be charging mode the OT-5051X then install the driver Diagnostic driver Alcatel coolpad.

3. In Sigma Qcom Select serial port, Select the diagnostic driver.

4. In Sigma Qcom, Select the 5051X model

5. In Sigma Qcom, Press the Unlock Button and wait to be approximately 1-2 minutes to complete and you see on the log that showed "Unlocking phone... done" and it finishes you can insert any SIM Carrier and tested all SIM accepted.
NOTE: Before Writing ROM to your device, Extract the downloaded compressed file and provide given password if asked, Please read first the (How to safe flash/Reprogram your device?) Do it at your own risk, After flashed the device is set automatic in reset condition, All your user data is lost. Make sure you full BACK-UP the device first before to proceed flashing your phone for future purposes.
